Thank you very much to those who signed and shared this petition! We are aiming for 5,000 signatures before the May 31 Annual General Membership Assembly of our electric cooperative, OMECO. We finally reached 5,000 BEFORE the target date of May 31! On behalf of the residents of Occidental Mindoro, maraming, maraming salamat! We have hurdled the first mountain, now we will begin hurdling new mountains - making sure the DOE gets a copy of the petition with the 5,000 signatures, dropping copies of the petition in allied government agencies (NEA, NAPOCOR).
