On a global scale, Cannabis is taking the endometriosis world by storm with the latest worldwide research survey assisting in a Cannabis Trial for Australia.
Researchers from Western Sydney University and the University of New South Wales are interested in finding out how cannabis use affects your endometriosis symptoms. They want to increase information on cannabis use for endometriosis in order to plan a clinical trial to investigate the safety, tolerability and effectiveness for cannabis for pain and the associated symptoms of endometriosis.
FYI: The Human Research Ethics Committee of Western Sydney University and NZ research advisors have approved the study for ethics and patient information. It is open to anyone diagnosed with endometriosis aged between 18 and 55, anywhere in the world.
I was worried that my 14 years cannabis experience would be irrelevant due to buying illicitly on the black market and not knowing any component ratios. I was wrong. Dr Armour assured me that my experience is just as valid and to only answer the questions I could.
Here is the information on the study and the questionnaire, please share with any Endo sisters you know use cannabis to help.
I hope to have another update for you guys soon. Thanks again for the continued support. We can do this. We got this.
Lots of Love and Light
