End unlawful police surveillance in Noida since more than 6 years on me
The Issue
In 6 years and 5 months, my personal liberty and privacy have been brutally infringed upon. Under the guise of police surveillance, the administration of Noida has permitted a cyber gang, operating from Noida and Mumbai, to stalk, harass, and intimidate me, along with my mother. This violation extends far beyond mere digital harassment; it has transformed our home into a surveillance zone, with spy devices allegedly planted to keep us under constant observation. There is this illegal app also made on me in Mumbai displaying such footages taken from police surveillance and spy devices planted in my house even In my bathroom .App is spread illegally worldwide through dark net not available to me ,suppose to be granted by Mumbai police not given so far which is against human rights and a cyber crime and terrorism too .even after several online complaints and written complaints to Mumbai police although the case has been registered in interpol ,Kathmandu cyber cell ,nhrc india still no action taken by the admin of noida and Mumbai .This Indian police surveillance mla of noida mr Pankaj singh and Commisioner of noida mrs Laxmi singh has given to these cyber gang to make I’ll business since more than 6 years which further has converted into a weapon of cyber terrorism witness sadhguru (Isha foundation ) .Cyber terrorism has given me an internal testis injury not able to get a recovery since almost 4 years and several injuries to my mom and liver cirrhosis disease ,Admin of noida doesnot listen only and doesnot take back the surveillance even after years of complaints .
This intrusive surveillance not only breaches fundamental human rights but also compromises our safety and wellbeing. According to international human rights standards, privacy is a core human right protected under Article 17 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, to which India is a signatory. Yet, this cyber stalking and unauthorized surveillance aim to exploit and intimidate rather than protect.
In this disturbing context, Noida's law enforcement has been complicit, allegedly stealing footage from our home, destined to be sold on illegal platforms worldwide. This involves potential breaches of national and international laws concerning privacy and cybercrime. The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) of India, Interpol, the Kathmandu Cyber Cell, and Human Rights Watch, New York, have all registered cases related to this harassment, emphasizing the grave nature and urgency of this matter.
We demand immediate action from local, national, and international authorities to cease this unlawful surveillance and preserve our right to privacy. Specifically, we call upon the Noida administration to withdraw any police surveillance unlawfully imposed and conduct thorough investigations into these human rights abuses. Furthermore, it is essential to hold accountable those responsible for orchestrating and facilitating these cyber-attacks.
Participating in this petition is more than just a signature; it is a stand against injustice and a call for law enforcement to protect, not persecute, its citizens. I urge you to join me in demanding that the unlawful surveillance in Noida be put to an end, sending a clear and powerful message that such violations of privacy will not be tolerated.
Please sign this petition to help restore justice, privacy, and integrity in Noida. Your support can pave the way for meaningful change and uphold the sanctity of human rights.
