As parents, coaches, and community members, we petition the UHSAA Board to end its contract with RC Competes for the management of the Competitive Cheer season. RC competes continues to have ongoing issues with athlete safety, scheduling, organizational problems, conflicts of interest, inconsistent judging, and lack of transparency. We would like the UHSAA Board to explore alternative organizations for future competitions and consider reforms to ensure a fair, safe, and transparent environment for all athletes and coaches.
