No one should be treated as guilty,sent to prison before a thourough investigation takes place, factual evidence found, vulnerable people not being interviewed or interrogated unless they have a support person, advocate, witness and legal representation regardless of waiving those rights as the sheer fact that they are vulnerable in the first place suggests that they need legal advice and to ensure proper procedure is followed and they are not mislead or confused.No one should have to pay ridiculous costs for criminal defense legal representation or even worse not have adequate representation due to disadvantage based on hearsay, unreliable statement's, circumstances not real hard evidence.The burden of proof should be in the one making the accusations Thank you to everyone that has supported this cause ,until something like this happens to you or a family member and it's hard to imagine that this happens in Australia and that people can be turned away from their communities, friends, even loved ones and be subject to negative media coverage of the alleged crime, police opinion and society shaming and naming before a trial  date has even been set or full investigation completed.The impact can forever be damaging beyond belief especially if you can't afford the top barrister in the state
