*PLEASE SEND TO EVERYONE*

We, as students, believe that the class "IDST131: Voting and Elections" is a completely unfair class and the University should have a standardized method of approaching Triple Is. With the unfair grading system, the long time commitment, and the level of rigor that this course entails, it is much more difficult than the other required Triple I courses that are "easy A's." This class is outrageously difficult, unfair to students, and should be reassessed and re-evaluated in terms of grading.

Many Triple I courses are graded on completion, don't consist of tests, and do not have an even comparable level of rigor that this course has.

It is unfair that UNC does not have a standardized curriculum for all required first-year Triple I's.

We are working together to protest the unfair grading and the lack of oversight by UNC academics and first-year requirements as a whole.
