End The Ten Years of threats and being targeted by Forsyth County, LEO's and the courts

The Issue

My name is Maryam Bennett, and we are being targeted by police, judges, and other officers of the court in Forsyth County, GA.

Since we were rendered a final judgment on January 13, 2023, setting aside the wrongful foreclosure and released us from the predatory HUD mortgage, and their behavior has ratched up.

After receiving the final judgment, HUD and the mortgage company sold our home for $530,000. We have ten years of evidence we have accumulated over 10 years.

When we attempted to enforce our final judgment, Ms. Glass cliff AKA as Keisha Chambless tried us for fraud upon the court. She has made several falsehoods against to justify why she is denying us equal access to the law. However, we have ample evidence to support our case, and we have never committed any fraud.

In 2017, when the federal court issued a judgment in our action to quiet title, despite lacking subject matter jurisdiction. Superior Court has exclusive jurisdiction to hear quiet title action. Making any judgment rendered against us void by the operation of the law.

The federal court’s dismissal of a cause they had no say in because they lacked jurisdiction led to the wrongful foreclosure on March 6, 2018.

When Judge Chambless accused us of committing fraud upon the court. We were told that we would be arrested if we continue to seek to enforce the judgment.

We are being treated like criminals, but we have done nothing wrong. We are simply trying to get justice for what happened to us.

I am writing this because we need your help. We need media attention to help us get the help we need. We are being targeted because we are black and Forsyth County has a long history of keeping people of color property and running them out of town.

We are one of many families that have been targeted by authorities in Forsyth County. We need your voices to ensure our demand for justice is heard. There is power in numbers. If this were not true, they would have no need to sow division.

Sign and share our petition to hold the relevant individuals accountable.!

I am sharing my story because I want people to understand what our family has endured for 10 years without an attorney. We want our story to demonstrate we can fight and all is not lost unless and until we give up!!

We need your help to call attention to the abuse we have been through. This is unacceptable, and it needs to be stopped.

I pray you feel compelled to contact local and nation media outlets as well and demand that they take action to address this issue. We need to make sure that everyone has access to justice, regardless of their race, ethnicity, or socioeconomic status.

Thank you for reading my story. I hope that you will help us get the justice we deserve.

Sincerely,
Maryam Bennett and Family
