Sugar, Sugar and more Sugar. Your a kid it's a fun treat! It's cool- look I have a chocolate at break, hey share with me. At a Kids party their is sugar laden cake either chocolate or thick shop bought icing. Why are we brought up with sugar being 'fun' and 'cool'? The birthday parties sweets and candy and chocolate foundations. Kids play at pool parties or rounders so they run it off. But what does that teach us sugar is good its fine and only a little in moderation is okay. We brush our teeth three times a day after sugar its okay. Then teens grow and eat sweets for fun and they are growing so maybe some don't gain weight. You get fillings or a panic attack caused by sugar. Everyday of your life we have been eating sugar. Its suppose to be 14g- 2 spoons, a day I think, we eat about 90g if you eat two bags of cookies then if you get a carry out that's another 11g of sugar, salt and fat. Sugar, salt and fat combined creates a serotonin spike- I have watched on healthy eating programmes. I got a high heart rate- high blood pressure. I am addicted at age 30. Been binge eating on sugar since age 18. I will put this post at high alert. In the 80s we were thin we exercised- maybe under ate, maybe ate what we needed. No Mcdonalds at uni to be cool. I could have on set diabetes or tooth decay. My mouth feels dry, gross, indigestion. I feel sick. I grave fruit and vegetables. I will admit I went into Co op- I bought family bag crisps I had no friends- depressed my friend ate 3 bags of sweets alot, so I started. Then 2 bags cookies, energy drink, coffee, poppits their 'new' and another bag of onion ring crisps big bag! The UK is in danger- this is the silent killer drug- obese people should be banned from every junk food place and banned from buying crisps. To Save them they are addicted by the 'feel good effect.' Fizzy drinks are the worst some people have been drinking for 40 years- how are they still living and have sugar in their tea and smoke and drink. The UK is the third fattest country. With our take aways and binge watching tv. All the diseases are coming to us in 20 years time. Technology- tumours- addiction- shrunken necks- insecurities- bullying on phones. Phone ban on socials for a month to save the nation. Teens and kids banned at school phoned locked away for socials thats why teens post stuff!!! School office phone for sick kids. Teens are flightly having social media could ruin their lifes and it has for many people.
