I worked for Debbie williams for 6 months it was horrible. In my eyes she was a narassistic bully and gas lighted her staff into believing she was nice. She bullied me everyday about being slow and insulting my anxiety. She toWho spoke barely any english then would scream at them when they couldnt understand. I had no team work skills, got one thing wrong punished by saying i gave you food and you forgot took to long to hoover. Acccused of me being abusive and pushing her boundries. She posts on facebook- made me massage her and made me uncomfortable by forcing me to tell her stuff about my friends then texting me vile stuff saying I took all her energy by telling about my issues. Emailed my uni 6 emails to them disrespecting them my parents wanted to be in control so told me to wait and didnt let me do anything she accused me of theft as some staff member wrecked a pot then made out it was £1000 for plumbing no recepiocts blamed her conditon that she couldnt look it up. siad kitchen was flooded for 4 days it was my fault as i clogged sink with stuck food. It wasn't that much she would pay me until i paid her the money for sink and had to replace her fringe drawer broke the bit off as dropped it as it was wet and i washed it. £22 she was very angry at the accident.
