Hi I have created a group for people with CFS on Facebook and Eventbrite. And a healing for life group on WhatsApp. If you would like to join the Chronic Fatigue one please ask I could do zoom calls if you live far away or too ill to come. There is no pressure you could even stay on for 15 mins to 30 mins if its too much. The meet ups will be Edinburgh when I have enough interest. it will be the meet up group I never had and I had CFS for 9 and half years so know all about it and can give advice although everyone is different so the same wont work for all individuals.
