At this time, Missouri House District 114 is vacant and does not have an active State Representative. Because of this, the focus of this petition is now directed to state-level leadership:

This petition is centered on a clear issue:

Court-ordered parent-child relationships can be effectively nullified through non-compliance, delay, or lack of therapeutic follow-through—with little to no enforceable remedy.

This is not about any one case.
It’s about ensuring that when courts make decisions in the best interest of children, those decisions are actually upheld in practice.
