We, the undersigned, urge you to take action against the perpetuation of political dynasties, specifically the Villar family's hold on power in Las Piñas. For decades, the Villars have maintained control, stifling competition and limiting opportunities for others to serve.

Reasons for Ending the Dynasty:

- Limiting Democracy: The Villar family's grip on power undermines democratic principles and restricts representation for ordinary citizens.

- Conflict of Interest: The family's business interests, including real estate and agriculture, create conflicts of interest, prioritizing personal gain over public welfare.

- Lack of Accountability: The dynasty's influence hinders transparency and accountability, allowing corruption and mismanagement to persist.

Demands

1. Term Limits: Enact legislation enforcing term limits to prevent prolonged dominance by a single family.

2. Anti-Dynasty Laws: Strengthen laws prohibiting relatives from holding concurrent public offices.

3. Fair Elections:  Ensure equal opportunities for non-dynasty candidates to participate in elections.
