Statistics paint an interesting but often misleading picture.  According to Change.org statistics, this petition has been viewed 2213 times. Yet only 97 people have signed it. That's about 4% of those who viewed it.  Half that many shared this petition.  Actually, probably much fewer than that because I myself have shared it many times. 

What am I missing? Do only 4% of the population believe that they will be affected by the quality and reliability of in-home care?
