I invite you all to join deFlock Durango in a conversation with organizers Megan Ives from Denver, and Shakeel Dalal of Longmont as they tell their stories of educating and empowering their communities to successfully fight back against Flock Safety, and how we can learn from their experiences to win against intrusive systems of mass surveillance here in Durango.

During the meeting, we will also introduce the framework for a proposed ordinance that would regulate and restrict the use of license plate readers within the city.
