This information is for anyone who may be connected to the Dennis Turner class action lawsuit. The most recent information I have received from the class attorney(s) office is that Administrative Judge Nancy Weeks has promised a decision regarding the Daubert hearing September 2020 before Christmas 2021. This was relayed to me by John Mosby Esq.. Prior to that I received information from the class attorneys that numerous inquires into the case at their offices, had facilitated them to request more frequent posting of information . I have been for several months of my own accord and using my own resources publishing articles and advocating for a petition to end the case.
