The Dennis Turner case is a class action derived from the original EEOC complaint filed by an African American employee who worked in the federal prison complex at Florence Colorado. The original complaint was filed in 1994 alleging retaliation by the agency because Officer Turner was a whistle blower. In 1998 class status was obtained when the level of complaints achieved a certain number. At present there are 60 thousand current and former employees waiting for a resolution to this case that has been on going for over 25 years. I have been a litigant in this case since 2011. I have made several attempts to get resolution in this case to no avail. I am now working to collect signatures on a petition that I intend to send to the White house . It is my hope that we can get the President to use executive authority to force the agency to resolve the case that they have been using as a catch basket for any similar EEOC complaints.
