Come join the effort to bring a 25 year quest for justice to an end. The Dennis Turner v. United States class action law suit filed against the federal bureau of prisons is one of the current longest running federal class actions to date. The case involves some 60 thousand current and former federal employees of the federal bureau of prisons who each filed an EEOC complaint alleging discrimination and retaliation because they engaged in protected whistle blower activity. A petition has been started to collect signatures in order to get the President of the United States to intervene and force the federal bureau of prisons to stop using legal tactics to avoid taking responsibility for persecuting thousands of it’s employees for standing up for their rights.
