I recently engaged with a city councillor to discuss the issue, emphasizing the health risks and challenges windrows create for residents.
I also reviewed a plan the council received from public works when they inquired about windrow clearing.
In my response to the councillor, I addressed key concerns, highlighted successful examples from other cities, and reinforced why this change is necessary for Ottawa.
