End Sydney Trains Disruption

End Sydney Trains Disruption
The issue
We are directly affected by the ongoing pay dispute between Sydney Trains and the RTBU, as our livelihood depends on the reliability of the rail network— for work commute, visiting family and friends and other essential needs such as getting kids to school.
This situation, coupled with the recent decision by the Fair Work Commission's Deputy President that seemingly lacks adequate consideration for public interest, has escalated our concerns. Not only do we fear potential disruptions to our rail travel but also the precedent this sets for public service disputes in the future.
Given these circumstances, we call on Minister Murray Watt to urgently intervene in the pay dispute to ensure a fair resolution and maintain the consistent operation of our railway system. Simultaneously, we request the consideration of Minister Watt to approach the Governor General with the proposal that the Deputy President of the Fair Work Commission be reviewed for his recent decision-making. Our faith in public services and their governing bodies is at stake.
