Hi Everyone!

I decided to "Declare Victory" to close this petition. With RFK Jr. finally being confirmed, I felt this was the right time to do it. 

We garnered a total of 75 signatures and I sent an email to all the Senators back on January 17th. I told the Senators that we expected them to work with Trump, not against him, and to confirm all his cabinet choices. I included a link to the petition so they could see it themselves if they wanted to.

Obviously, I was hoping we could get a lot more signatures, but unfortunately that was not the case (not for lack of trying!). I don't know if any of the Senators read or even received my message, but I did not get a response from any of them. I doubt we had any impact on the confirmation process, but at least we tried and showed our support for President Donald Trump!

The majority of Trump's cabinet nominees have now been confirmed and I believe the rest of them will soon be as well. The most uncertain confirmation was RFK, Jr. and he is now officially the Health & Human Services Secretary, so I don't think we really need to worry about the remaining 6 nominees. :)
