SIGN THIS PETITION TO SHOW THEM THAT WE WON'T LET THEM UNFAIRLY CHANGE FINALS AND EXEMPTIONS LAST MINUTE!!

With the new changes, NOBODY below senior year will be exempt from finals.

• Even AP students will need to take final exams.
• The final exam schedule will be cluttered and messy.
• Even seniors will only "maybe" be exempt, based on attendance, behavior, and grades-- NOT just if you have A's. You need good attendance, a good behavior record, AND straight A's.
• Even GYM or World Language counts as a class you need to attend the "exam" for!
• YOU WILL HAVE TO GO INTO SCHOOL FOR EVERY EXAM, EVEN IF YOU GOT STRAIGHT A's.
• NORMAL ATTENDANCE RULES WILL APPLY WITH THE NEW FINAL EXAM RULES, SO IF YOU SKIP IT WILL COUNT AS AN ABSENCE.
• THESE CHANGES APPLY TO THIS CURRENT SCHOOL YEAR, NOT JUST THE NEXT ONE. THE UPCOMING EXAMS IN JUNE. THIS CHANGE IS WAY TOO SUDDEN.

It's unfair to spring these changes on us at the end of the school year! Students need to show them we won't let them walk all over us and do whatever they want just because they made mistakes!

The Board of Ed is trying to make last minute changes to the finals and the schedule without us realizing, at the end of the marking period. We shouldn't have to deal with these changes because we were already planning for the end of the school year based on what it should have been. The changes should NOT apply to the current year. AP Students will need to take exams. Exams will be cramped into 45 minute periods every single day. You will need to take your English exam And math AND world language every single day, rather than sitting down and getting done with it in one day.
