Please don't pre-judge this petition, take a moment to read it.

I have received a few responses that gave me the impression that the senders believed this to be a new taxpayer-supported entitlement. This is nothing of the sort! If need be please skip ahead to the bottom of this petition, it explains that the parents ARE STILL required to pay for their children's school meals, the ONLY change I am asking for is that the children still be allowed to eat while the parents figure out how to make their payments.
