To the House Intelligence Committee and all those tasked with investigating electromagnetic assaults on humans referred to as Anomalous Health Incidents, also known as Havana Syndrome:

With all due respect, it is irresponsible and unfair to openly discuss and investigate electromagnetic attacks against US government personnel while making no mention of reports from civilians suffering similar, and in many cases worse offenses by this directed energy technology. Not only are civilian cases not acknowledged publicly, but we are ignored and excluded altogether. If you are to truly understand the scope and magnitude of these attacks, then you must expand your investigation to include civilian victims, like me. Civilians should be included because our suffering is ongoing.

For me, it has been four years of round-the-clock full-body saturation with weaponized microwave and infrasound energies for what I strongly believe is part of a covert experimentation project. Other experiences may vary, but the fact remains that our grievances are real and there is proof. There is evidence and insight that many of us possess that can shed the light needed to see exactly what is happening, how it is happening, and who is responible.

Until you take civilian claims of harm from electromagnetic weapons seriously and include us in your investigations, then all efforts surrounding these incidents are disingenuous and could cause you to be viewed as complicit once the truth of our claims become public knowledge. Please take this seriously.
