Men and women across the U.S. and the world report suffering covert attacks from electromagnetic energy weapons (similar to and worse than so-called 'Havana Syndrome') along with persistent surveillance and harassment. Media reports on Havana Syndrome focus on govt employees as victims but no mention of the possibility of civilian casualties. Why? Are non-govt employees being affected? - Do the civilian claims match the technological capablilities of the weapons?

- Why aren't civilian claims being discussed in the media?

- Are there records of these reports/complaints?

- Are civilian claims different from Havana Syndrome claims or is it the same? What are the differences/similarities?

- Are "Havana Syndrome" sufferers still experiencing attacks?

- How would someone know they are being attacked with directed energy weapons?

- How would you detect such weapons?

- What do these weapons look like?

- Who makes these weapons?

- Does the technology exist in the US?

- How does the technology work?

- What is the purpose of these weapons?

- Are these weapons being tested on humans as part of a secret experiment?

- What would be the purpose be of such an experiment?

- Who has the technology, resources, capability, and opportunity to make such a thing happen?

- How are test subjects chosen?

- Are fusion centers and intelligence agencies involved? Military? Govt contractors?

- How could an operation of this scale happen in plain sight and be kept secret?

- What tactics would be used to conceal and keep this operation secret? 

- Are there any federal, state, local government agencies involved? Any universities or corporations/businesses? Law enforcement?

- There are some who disregard civilian claims as mental illness or Mass Psychogenic Illness? Is there any evidence that this is the case? What would be the cause? Do claimants share this cause? What is the evidence?

- Do claimants have histories of mental illness?

- What other modern day examples of MPI in this scale are there?

- It is reported that other civilians are being used to help commit and cover up these attacks not knowing the full extent of the program. Neighborhood watch groups, civic orgs, businesses, convicts. Is it possible to create a mass network of citizen informants? What would civilians have to gain? Has this been done before?

These questions have answers. Who knows the truth? If true, those who know will take drastic steps to conceal the program and their involvement including misdirection, misinformation, disinformation, gaslighting, intimidation, coercion, and more. If mental illness, then wouldn't such an illness affecting people from various locations and walks of life be newsworthy?
