As we push for an end to gambling advertising in football, not just removed from Premier League shirts, I have a special request. 

The charity Gambling with Lives is this week launching its first-ever fundraising appeal, and it would mean a lot if you were able to donate.

As long as gambling companies continue to advertise addictive products freely, the consequences are devastating and every day someone in the UK is taking their life due to gambling.

This leaves behind a network of devastated family and friends and currently only Gambling with Lives is supporting them with specialist help, such as therapy, debt advice and legal support at inquests.

In 2022 the charity supported over 120 bereaved family members and friends, so they have made a big impact already. 

More bereaved families are contacting them every week for support, so please donate if you can as it could support many people through an unimaginably hard time.
