The Issue

We, the undersigned, call for immediate action against Paragon Europe, a Malta-based company involved in EU-funded programs like Erasmus+, for their unethical treatment of freelancers and remote employees by Dr Nadia Theuma and Dr Anton Theuma.

Paragon Europe has repeatedly:

  • Failed to pay employees for over 6 weeks starting from 31 March 2025 despite promising weekly payments.
  • Forced unpaid trial periods under the pretense of evaluation, while using the work submitted.
  • Delayed payments with vague excuses like “international banking issues.”
  • Enforced fake testimonials, written by management, and threatened termination for those who refused to sign.
  • Deleted their LinkedIn page to silence complaints and avoid accountability.

These practices are not only unethical but unacceptable—especially from an organization that benefits from public funding and European support programs.

We demand that:

  1. Paragon Europe immediately clears all outstanding payments to workers till date.
  2. EU authorities and Erasmus+ managers investigate the company's practices and review their funding.

If you believe in fair work, ethical hiring, and accountability—please sign, share, and raise your voice. Together, we can stop the exploitation and ensure no one else falls victim to these deceptive practices.
