That extraordinary victory gave me the confidence to take the fight back to where it all began for me: to the Gambia in West Africa where I was “cut” as a baby. A group of award-winning filmmakers are making a documentary about my life and work. It’s called 'Jaha’s Journey.' I believe that this film will inspire people to take action to end FGM.
