End Federal Overreach: Stop Prosecuting Nonviolent, Victimless Offenses

End Federal Overreach: Stop Prosecuting Nonviolent, Victimless Offenses
The Issue
The U.S. Constitution was written to create a federal government of limited, enumerated powers, leaving all other powers to the States and the People.
Yet today, the federal government still prosecutes nonviolent, victimless offenses — such as simple drug possession — even when no state lines are crossed, no commerce is involved, and no harm is done to others.
This violates the Tenth Amendment and contradicts the principle laid out in Marbury v. Madison (1803): “A law repugnant to the Constitution is void.”
It is time to end these unconstitutional prosecutions and restore the Republic to its original design.
We demand:
That the President stop federal prosecutions for nonviolent, victimless intrastate conduct.
That Congress repeal federal statutes that criminalize purely local, personal activity.
That the Courts enforce the Constitution by striking down laws repugnant to it.
That our State Leaders assert their powers under the Tenth Amendment to protect their citizens from unlawful federal intrusion.
Sign this petition if you believe nonviolent Americans should not live in fear of unconstitutional federal prosecution.
