LACK OF CHILD PROTECTION IS A NATIONAL CRISIS

You may be aware that child cruelty/abuse is rising at an alarming rate in Sri Lanka. During last week 3 children were brutally sexually abused and murdered. Some of the alleged abusers are believed to be serial abusers released on bail. The law enforcement authorities are ignoring their duties and putting our children at risk.
