Petition updateEnd CFPB delay on unemployment & health coverage for fired workersWe sent our petition to Adam, Mark & Russ–still no response
CFPB Union NTEU 335Washington, DC, United States
2 Mar 2025

Last night we sent our petition, with 362 signatures at that time, to CFPB bosses Russ Vought, Mark Paoletta, and Adam Martinez, demanding they authorize & order all of CFPB Human Capital back to work to end the delays–and we BCC’ed the entire CFPB bargaining unit (over 1,100 employees).

Even though Mark Paoletta was online and responding to CFPB Union messages on Saturday night, he, Vought and Martinez have remained silent on the matter of resolving this mess that they caused.

Tomorrow we rally at the courthouse in DC as our Union heads to federal court to stop Musk, DOGE and Vought's illegal attempts to destroy CFPB. You keep sharing, and we’ll keep updating you, until Adam Martinez and his friends at the Trump CFPB resolve this manufactured chaos: https://www.change.org/RespectFiredConsumerProtectionWorkers
