With nearly 1800 signatures, we have officially added our collective voice the #MakeMuskratRight movement. This morning our petition was submitted to the offices of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau; Member of Parliament, Yvonne Jones; and Newfoundland and Labrador Premier, Dwight Ball. Now we await their response. Billy is on his 12th day of hunger. Delilah and Jerry are on their 9th. This afternoon Premier Dwight Ball is scheduled to meet with indigenous leaders at his office in St. John's. A rally will take place on the steps of the Confederation Building to demonstrate solidarity with the hunger strikers and land protectors. Now is the time to increase our volume. Please consider writing to each decision-maker on your own, and call upon them to take immediate action. Tell them we expect them to honor the rights of Labradorians.
