The US Army Released its Final Environmental Impact Statement for the lands they lease on from the "State of Hawai'i" and the Board of Land and Natural Resources has 30 days to hold a public hearing in order to decide whether they should accept or reject the EIS.

We recently won a victory with the BLNR rejection of the Army's Pohakuloa's Final EIS when hundreds turned out for the hearing and 1300 testimonies were submitted.
