This is Angel today. He’s the broken puppy you see on the front page of this petition.

Saranda Dog Services found Angel on the street — malnourished and crippled — four months ago. Thanks to love, food, vitamins, and exercise, Angel is now a happy, healthy dog adopted into a forever home.

Ending animal abuse starts one dog at a time. With momentum, one dog can become many. 

Together, we can bring the ongoing issue of rampant animal abuse to the attention of Saranda’s civic leaders.
