Last Saturday Sydney and Perth held a Protest/Awareness Day. I’m happy to say both had a good response, especially for the protest march, around 25-35 people turned out for Sydney, Perth had pretty much the same attendance numbers. Oddly though Sydney only got 66 paper signatures.
Perth: I am looking to change the march route so it’s longer and Sydney maybe a change also. Channel 7 no longer occupy the building in Martin Place.

**While it’s great to have a lot of people for the march I have repeatedly noticed if there are too many of us congregating outside Town Hall, we don’t seem to get the same interest.
So when we are at Town Hall we need to spread out more. I feel people see a group of Orange Tees/Vests and cross the road or divert so they don’t have to deal with us.

AGAIN: There is talk about doing a bus trip to Parliament House, Canberra, in early September. Anyone interested in going please let me know. It will depend on numbers and cost. Please send me an email to standagainstliveanimalexports@protonmail.com if you’re interested

3 times this week Live Animal Export ships will visit Townsville. The stench that hangs around the city is repulsive, so if it can detected in the city, imagine the animals on these floating coffins. It’s no wonder infections happen.
