

Last month, I previously reached out to UO Guest Services expressing my desire to meet Gabby from Gabby's Dollhouse, and I'm inspired by the possibility of making it a reality. In response, they assigned a case number, a sign of their dedication to customer care. Today, I followed up with an email asking about the status of the case number, motivated by my passion for creating unforgettable memories. Unfortunately, they replied stating that internal handling of such matters precludes them from providing updates on the case number. Additionally, they noted that character appearances are subject to change after I urged them to stop, which sparked my commitment to advocating for a more consistent experience. I am advocating for them to discontinue subjecting character appearances to change, and I'm optimistic that our collective efforts will lead to a more enchanting experience. So as of right now, I'm only 50% interested in going to Universal Studios Florida until they provide Meet and Greets with Gabby from Gabby's Dollhouse, but I remain hopeful that they will rise to the challenge.
