It's time for Rose-Hulman Art Department to introduce an Automotive Design History course. Currently, a glaring gap exists in arts courses, robbing students and avid car enthusiasts like me the chance to learn about the beauty behind the designs that make our adored vehicles what they are. This course would bridge the gap and add a new dimension to the rich curriculum Rose-Hulman is popularly known for. 

Let us leverage Rose-Hulman's position as an innovator in education and a leader in the STEM community to fill this gap. Let's urge the Rose-Hulman HSSA Department to give students a glimpse of the history and art of automobile design - as it rightly deserves.
