Now disgraced Former New Rochelle arresting Officer, Lane Schlesinger, designated and classified on the wall of shame and illegal police misconduct.

Terminated Officer Lane Schlesinger falsified arrest reports and withheld exonerating video and audio evidence.

Lane is one of only 16 cops classified as pattern misconduct in last 4 years of investigations of police by Attorney General Latitia James.  Lane Schlesinger is the first cop in westchester county to receive this negative label. Pattern of misconduct means at least five sustained incidents of abuse / civil rights violations in two years.

Please tell the new da , Susan Cacace to drop charges against me for not violating an order of protection during supervised visitation. I did not go on ex-wife property or  communicate with her 12/15/18 during supervised visit. The unserved oral order of protection, terminated officer lane schlesinger arrested me for had no distance to stay away from protected persons home during supervised visits with my kids.  Police officer Lane Schlesinger falsified the arrest report by omitting the fact that my court ordered visitation supervisor was on scene and camera footage showed I did not go on property. Withheld Audio footage showed me exwife told officer Schlesinger three times that I did not go on her property.  Officer Schlesinger omitted the section of the arrest report where it states is audio, or video footage available. Jury never saw or heard video because Schlesinger said no video or audio existed and witheld the video from jury and defense.
