Not Only was terminated police officer Lane Schlesinger sited for abusing his power and falsifying reports, but, Attorney General Latisha James sited former Officer Lane Schlesinger for extensive “ discourtesy.”

The investigation of terminated officer schlesinger sustained complaints of “dismissive, condescending, disrespectful and overall displayed a pattern of behavior and evidenced rudeness.”
Imagine, if you needed real help from a police officer, like I did to see my kids one of only two days a month. You travel to a local police station to ask for help to enforce your visitation order and you are confronted with a rude and condescending cop, How would you feel?
Please sign my petition and email New District Attorney Susan Cacace at scacace@westchesterda.net to ask her to drop charges from a pattern misconduct and rude cop.
1484 days since I have seen my kids because of terminated officer Schlesinger’s misconduct, withholding exonerating video evidence and false arrest report.
Please tell DA Rocah you want police to be respectful and courteous to all people and stop hurting families like mine.
