The town of Whitby sent me pictures of utility boxes on front lawns. However, none of them were regulator stations and none of them had bollards (posts) around them. In every case, they were installed when the subdivision was built and not after the homeowner moved in. This further reinforces my point that this is setting a precedent that needs to be fought. Please get your friends and family to sign, as the precedent that is set here will affect everyone.
