Another 3 Americans Killed this Week by Illegal Immigrant Trucker: Enough is Enough, Mr. Secretary! https://youtu.be/Ie0OXP7_A2o

Episode Nine: October 26, 2025 --SBTC Executive Director James Lamb calls out California Governor Newsom for his state's ongoing pattern and practice of what FMCSA calls "substantial non-compliance" with CDL Program Standards under 49 USC Chapter 313, which now has resulted in the deaths of three more Americans --on top of the person killed last week by an illegal immigrant trucker who speaks "broken English"--allegedly at the hands of a California-licensed 21-year-old Illegal Immigrant Trucker from Indian named Jashanpreet Singh of Yuba City California, operating his truck while under the influence of drugs. Singh is now asking for a court translator.

Experiencing deja vu? Well, there's a good reason for that... Remember on August 12th 2025, when Harjinder Singh, an Illegal Immigrant Trucker licensed by Washington and California (non-domicile) states after he failed his CDL test 10 times in 2 months until someone illegally gave him a license, also killed three American citizens on the Florida Turnpike while making an "Official Use Only" illegal u-turn? Federal officials have revealed Harjinder Singh failed a post-accident English Language Proficiency exam.

What's more, Public Citizen on behalf of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), and the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) filed a lawsuit (titled "Rivera Lujan v. FMSCA") the day before this incident, claiming the emergency rule issued by the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) on September 29, 2025, asylum seekers, refugees, and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients and now these illegal immigrants can no longer get CDLs so they can continue to drive your children to school.

The SBTC Board of Directors immediately held an emergency vote to file an amicus ("friend of the court") brief in support of Secretary Duffy's rule, which is currently in progress...

SBTC has called on the Truck Safety Coalition to join the fight against this "war on highway safety." You should too: @TruckSafetyOrg.

SBTC is now calling for Secretary Duffy to decertify California on Monday, October 27, 2025 pursuant to SBTC's May 27, 2025 petition for same...
