NY Senate barrels forward! Today, the Senate Health Committee voted overwhelmingly in favor of S3419 and “CLEAN” adoption reform! The status is now “1st Report CAL.757,” which starts the process to make the bill eligible, within days, for a Senate floor vote! Stay tuned for upcoming Senate, and Assembly, calls to action!

- Passed Senate Health 5/14!
- Moves to first reading (“1st Report CAL.757”)!
- A total of three readings are needed before S3419 is eligible for a Senate floor vote.
