Returning to the “CLEAN” NY Bill of Adoptee Rights, so New York can get reform right the first time, will protect the health of adoptees and their own children, save taxpayer money, represent progressive change that is legally sound, achievable and effective and save time to enact long overdue human and civil rights recognition.
