When I started this petition a week ago I expected a couple of hundred signatures and thought it would be a huge achievement to get to 500. Here we are a week in and over 2,399 and counting, signatures.

There is definitely a strong feeling among many swimmers and parent/carers that the LAC should be accessible for the London region swimming competitions and that the London 2012 legacy is failing our talented and hard working swimmers.

I really hope that we can make a change for our swimmers. And make swimming accessible and inspiring for swimmers from all backgrounds.

I would also love to see Swim England London getting behind our campaign.
