Town of Warwick spay neuter subsidized vouchers currently must be purchased from the Warwick Valkey Humane Society that does not provide spay neuter services instead of from Town of Warwick Clerk, like all other Towns in Orange County Ny. The shelter doesnt answer their phones or call people back after leaving a message in order to make appointment to purchase in person. Also their hours are limited.
