As a dedicated player of Helldivers, I was not personally affected by the mandatory PSN link for Helldivers 2. However, what truly upset me was the drastic reduction in countries that could access and play this game. From over 170 countries down to a mere 69. This means many of my fellow Helldivers around the world are left out, and as a result, I can no longer support or buy or play Helldivers 2.

This is not just about me but about all players who have been excluded due to this restriction. It's about our shared love for this game and our desire to enjoy it together regardless of where we live.

The gaming industry has increasingly become globalized with millions of players connecting across borders every day. In fact, according to Newzoo's Global Games Market Report (2019), there were approximately 2.5 billion video gamers worldwide in that year alone.

It is therefore essential that developers like those behind Helldivers recognize this global community and ensure their games are accessible to everyone at launch regardless of geographical location.

We urge Arrowhead Game Studios and PlayStation Network (PSN) to reconsider their decision on regional restrictions for the release of Helldivers 2 so that all fans can continue enjoying this beloved game together from day one.
