Ban the right to refuse felons of employment. No matter how you look at it, it's called discrimination! Everyone has a past. Some worse than others. We all make mistakes and hopefully most of us have learned our lession!  Felons are people too and everyone in america either knows one or is related to one. We are all equal in this world whether be by race, sex, nationality, economic or social status, religion, health, disability, ect.. AND... NO MATTER WHO WE ARE,  OR WHAT WE'VE DONE IN OUR PAST! "We all should be given an equal opportunity in every decision." Jobs too! Convicted felons have been through rehabilitation and have the advantantage of taking courses and getting certificate upon completion. They are no different than anyone else when it comes to being able to perform on the jobsite and should not be refused employment! Their past has nothing to do with their future! Please sign the petition that will ban judging and descriminating employers from placing judgment and refusing to hire felons!  Promote equal opportunity for the work force. By giving one the opportunity to make a change, it makes a difference in all our lives.
