Elko deserves a safe community.  A man who tortures and kills helpless kittens is violent and easily could harm a child. Eloy Diaz killed one kitten and nearly killed another after torturing it. He is dangerous and needs the maximum penalty for his crimes.  

The FBI now tracks serious animal abuse cases because those same people are highly likely to commit violent crimes against people.  Diaz should be tracked the rest of his life. 

Please sign to show support for The Elko County District Attorney to charge Diaz with felony animal cruelty and for the Judge to give him the maximum sentence.
