Sharing a new development: The first appeal has been filed against "Resolution 08-22 of the Township of Cheltenham Board of Commissioners, dated April 20, 2022, granting Preliminary Land Development Approval of a land development application submitted by 222 Church Road". The appeal was filed yesterday, May 17, in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County.
