With regard to Elizabeth C. McNulty Mo. Bar #72026 a personal injury attorney with The Simon Law Firm P.C. the evidence of her professional and tortious misconduct is reaching critical mass with every new "evidence drop" the lates being referred to as an "abridged evidentiary package" in three parts.
 
1) Pre-Trial telephone audio recording between McNulty and Pepper on January 4, 2026 approximately three weeks before trial with an annotated transcript.
 
2) First hand, primary commentary and observation notes by Pepper during the four day trial that was held in St. Louis County Circuit court between January 22-26, 2024.
 
3) Post-Trial telephone audio recording between McNulty and Pepper on January 29, 2024 three days after the conclusion of trial on Jan. 26, 2024 with an annotated transcript.
 
This has been referred to as a "Tripartite Evidentiary Stack" that has been assembled by Pepper that exceeds the 'preponderance of the evidence standard" that supports the allegations of professional misconduct with regard to violations of the Missouri Model Rules of Professional Conduct and tortious legal malpractice.
