A school security officer  who's primary responsibility was to protect school children is the very person they needed protection from sadly. Michael Hunter was a security officer in the Windfield Scott Elementary School #2 located in Elizabeth , NJ when one October Day in 2014 while clearing the hallway of elementary and middle school students who were in between classes he went on a rampage , pushing students,lunging at students, grabbing at them,slamming lockers and while  a young female student is attempting to access her locker , Mr. Hunter  is seen on camera throwing her jacket and backpack at her and then, lunges at the young girl, pointing his hand in her face and later, is seen on camera grabbing her by the arm, pushing her and then taking  her down the hall  by the back of the neck. In another camera angle, Mr. Hunter is seen being very rough with another student, a young girl is crouched on the ground also at her locker and the security officer grabs her by the leg and drags the young girl onto her back.  This incident and subsequent investigation led to the firing of Mr. Hunter by the Elizabeth Public School Board of Education effective January 2015. On February 18, 2016, at the Board of education meeting , the Board of Education voted to appoint the same Michael Hunter as a custodian in another public elementary school in the district effective 2/22/2016 and hired him back with a pay raise.Mr. Hunter now is working in an elementary school filled with hundreds of young children again and who knows what may happen next. The school also has special needs children in attendance as well as hosts activities after hours which puts other children also at risk.   After hearing this  and seeing the story and video footage of the violence on the news  :  http://via.pix11.com/H6JdV parents are worried and upset , concerned for their children and outraged the Board Of Education would allow this man around children again.
